Blessed Messenger has been nominated for eight Prayze Factor People's Choice Awards to be held in Atlanta later this year.  His song, "I'll Be Alright," has garnered him nominations in the following categories: Rhythm & Praise Artist of the Year, Praise & Worship Artist of the Year, International Artist of the Year, Jazz Artist of the YearReggae Artist of the Year, Christian Pop Artist of the Year, Contemporary Christian Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.

The Prayze Factor People's Choice Awards (Prayze Factor) is a faith-based arts and ministry platform, specifically and strategically formatted to bring maximum exposure to the inspired independent artist movement.  Over the last 10 years Prayze Factor has grown from a national to an international level by partnering with major-market radio, television and music industry executives to increase exposure for nominees who take part in the "Prayze Factor Weekend" series of events from around the world.

Round One of Prayze Factor is essentially driven by "fan popularity", similar in some ways to the popular "American Idol" voting model, utilizing 24/7 online polling for 2 months on the www.prayzefactorawards.com website. Voting results are updated in real time, creating much excitement as supporters can track the progress of favorite artist/groups after each vote. Top nominees move on, where music industry professionals from the The International Music Association (T.I.M.A.) and the Prayze Factor Board of Directors, vote on Round Two and Round Three respectively. The overall winners in each nominated category will be announced during the Prayze Factor weekend of celebrations September 14-16 in Atlanta, Georgia. The awards will also be recorded for broadcast on terrestrial and online television stations and networks. Tickets to music showcases, including the first International Artist showcase, go on sale in June.

Thank you for taking the time to vote, share, and support your Caribbean Gospel artists!
